San Antonio Apartment Locators Group ("we", "us", "our") is an apartment-locating service operating in San Antonio and Bexar County, Texas, brokered by Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC (TREC #9003398). 2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly through our intake and contact forms, by phone, or by email:

Name and contact details (phone number, email address)
Your apartment search criteria. Budget, target areas, move date, household size, pets
Screening information you choose to share, credit band, rental-history details, background information, income range
Employer, base or school, where relevant to a commute-based search
Communication history with us

We also collect standard technical information when you visit this website, such as pages viewed and referring source, through analytics and tag-management tools.

3. What we do not collect

We do not run credit checks and we do not pull your credit report. We work from the band you tell us. The screening pull happens when you apply, and it is run by the property using its own vendor. We do not ask for your Social Security number, and you should not send it to us.

We do not record or reference disability information. Where an accommodation question arises, we describe the process rather than the person.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it in three situations:

With apartment communities, when you ask us to introduce you or submit an application. Nothing goes to a property before you tell us to send it.
With our sponsoring broker, Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC, as required for the supervision of licensed activity.
With service providers that operate our website, forms, email and analytics on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes.

We also disclose information where required by law, court order, or a regulatory request from the Texas Real Estate Commission.

6. Aggregate and de-identified data

We publish aggregates derived from our work, median credit minimums by property class, average fee stacks, concession depth. These are drawn from property standards, not from renter files, and nothing we publish identifies a renter.

7. Data retention

We keep search and communication records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy brokerage record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, except where a record must be kept by law.

9. Cookies and tracking

This service is intended for adults able to enter a lease. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
