Every San Antonio locator says the same five things. Free service. We know the market. We talk to leasing offices. Licensed agents. Unadvertised specials. None of it is false, and none of it tells you anything.
What separates this brand is that the screening knowledge sits on the page. The credit-band-to-class table, the Class A/B/C fee stacks, the net-effective-rent math, the BAH-to-neighborhood alignment, the commute-by-employer matrix, all of it is published, dated and free to read without giving us your phone number.
That position holds for a boring reason: copying it means giving up the lead-generation gate. Most locators treat the knowledge as the reason to fill in a form. We treat it as the reason to trust us with the harder question, which is where your specific file will be approved.

How we get paid, in plain terms
When a renter we introduce signs a lease, the community pays us a referral fee. That fee comes out of its marketing budget. The same budget it would otherwise spend advertising on listing platforms. You are never invoiced, never charged a placement fee, and never charged if you do not lease.
We do not offer a cash-back rebate. Rebates are funded from that same fee, which creates a pull toward the properties paying most rather than the ones that will approve you. Keeping the model plain keeps the recommendation honest.

If you have 680-plus credit, a clean rental history, 3x income, no background concerns and you already know the area, you will get approved nearly anywhere. Listing sites will serve you fine and you do not need a locator. We will tell you that on the first call.
